Independent by design

Our facilities house independent quality control departments and research & development units — structurally separate from production. The people who certify a batch do not report to the people who made it. That separation is deliberate: it removes the pressure to pass marginal material.

Tested at four gates

Every formulation is tested thoroughly at different stages:

1. Procurement — incoming raw materials are verified against specification before they enter the store
2. Production — in-process checks during manufacturing catch deviation early, when it is cheapest to fix
3. Packing — integrity, labelling and batch traceability
4. Distribution — storage and dispatch conditions that protect the product until delivery
