Our story
Every time the society needed us, we stepped in and helped create a new industry. In 2000, our journey commenced with us getting into the Astrology services business, and over time, we expanded to 6 new key sectors.
A need for change in the ayurveda practices & acceptance pushed us to foray into that sector right before the ayurvedic medicine & services revolution began in India. We became one of the key torch-bearers of the Healthcare revolution in our country through pharmaceutical manufacturing & ayurvedic university & hospital.
At present we are working in 6 key sectors – Healthcare, Education, Astrology, BPO, NGO, TV Media. Total turnover of the group for financial year 2019–2020 was approx 15 Million USD. We are achieving new milestone year by year.

Our journey
From a single astrology practice in Kanpur to pharmaceutical manufacturing, campuses and an HD television channel — every step began with a need somebody else had left unmet.
2000
Love With Astrology is founded
Acharya Satish Awasthi ji begins Vedic astrology consultancy in Kanpur with a single promise — “Hume Aapki Fikra hai.” Word of mouth carries the practice across Uttar Pradesh within its first years.
2006
Astrology products & remedial services
The consultancy widens into energised gemstones, yantras, rudraksha and puja services, all sourced and verified in-house so that a remedy is never separated from the reading that prescribed it.
2010
Education enters the group
The first schools and colleges are consulted and formed under Acharya ji's leadership, translating a lifelong belief in accessible learning into physical campuses and curricula.
2014
Ayurveda practice and education
Astrotel launches ayurveda consultancy and education services, positioning the ancient science as an everyday lifestyle rather than a last resort — with authenticity and purity as non-negotiables.
2017
Pharmaceutical manufacturing
State-of-the-art formulation facilities open with independent quality-control departments and R&D units, supplying hospitals and clinics serving low and middle-income patients.
2019
ISO 9001:2015 certification
Group quality management is independently certified, formalising the process discipline that already ran through consultancy, manufacturing and campus operations.
2020
LWA — India's first HD astrology channel
The group enters television with LWA (Love With Astrology). Turnover for FY 2019–2020 reaches approximately 15 million USD across six sectors.
Today
Ten channels and a wider footprint
Ten new channels across astrology, ayurveda and education are in the pipeline, alongside continued expansion in healthcare, BPO and NGO work across India and overseas.
Leadership
Acharya Satish Awasthi ji founded Love With Astrology in 2000 as an educationalist and philanthropist first, and an astrologer second. That order still governs how the group is led: every business is run by people who practise the discipline they manage — vaidyas in ayurveda, academicians in education, qualified pharmacists in manufacturing, and astrologers trained in classical Vedic method.
Group leadership meets on a single scorecard — customer outcome, quality audit, and access. Growth targets sit below all three, which is why we have never exited a sector we entered.

Astrotel on air
Television took the practice from one room in Kanpur to living rooms across India. Ten more channels across astrology, ayurveda and education are in production.
